The Penncrest Area Soccer Club was formed to promote the game of soccer for young people in the Saegertown, Maplewood and Cambridge Springs school areas but is open to any youth wishing to participate in a higher level of competitive soccer. Not only is the Penncrest Area Soccer Club the lowest priced soccer club in the area, it has also produced a two-time championship winning team.

Registration Information:

Fall 2008 Session Details:

• U12 -U19 Practice starts in August (date to be determined) and continues to November.
• All games are played on Sunday afternoons; games typically begin at 1:00 pm or later.
• Travel is required for away games (typically less than 50 miles).
• Practices are mandatory and held at the coach's discretion (usually 2 times per week).

• The travel program for U10 players is intended to be more competitive than the In-House program.
• We recommend the travel program for those children who have prior experience on a soccer team (recreation or competitive).
• Begins in August date to be determined) and continues to November.
• Practices are mandatory and are held at the coach's discretion (may be two nights per week, 1 1/2 hours each) and most play is on Sundays with some possible Saturday games.
• Participation in PA West sponsored tournaments is possible.

• The in-house program for U10 players is intended to be a development program.
• Normal practice and play is on Saturdays from 10 am until 12 pm.
• Season begins Sept 8th and runs about 6 weeks.

The following documentation is required to register your child:

• Completed Registration Form (U12 and over) (U10)
• Completed Waiver of Liability, Medical Authorization, Travel and Usage Permission Form
• Signed Guidelines for Participants Form
• Proof of age (you must provide a copy of your child's birth certificate that the club can keep)
• 1" x 1" photo of your child (must not be larger than 1" x 1")
• Insurance information and child's social security number (required for PA West registration)
• Cash or check for registration / uniform fee (checks made payable to: Penncrest Area Soccer Club)

(All forms listed above can be downloaded by clicking on the form name. The completed forms and all other documentation MUST BE presented at time of signup. If registering more than one player, one of each of the above forms is required per child. No combined forms will be accepted.)
